I have recently rceived a one month eviction for repeated late rent...considering I have a rental agreement stating rent is from the first of the month...and I have 13yrs of rent receipts to prove my rent is pd on time in full not to mention an RTB decision cancelling landlords previous harassing eviction due to Bad Faith I'm just wondering why you don't do your homework before you whump,whump,whump somebody's door
